St. Mary's was represented by three finalists at Level 11 in the Respect Life Competition sponsored by the Diocese of Rockville Centre. Sophomore Paola Anteri was a finalist in Essay writing. Her classmate, Erica Ventura, was awarded First Prize in Bookmark Design. Junior Juliette deVenoge, for the second consecutive year, took home First Prize for Poetry,

MSG Varsity Presents Model U.N. "The fate of the world is in their hands... plus extra credit". Watch Model U.N. as high school students deal with global affairs and resolve real-life issues. Premiers Sunday, March 14th at 8:00 PM, on iO TV channels 14 and 614.

The MSG Varsity Meeting been postponed. It will be rescheduled for another date. Details to come.

Attention all Juniors and Seniors: This week is the official launch of the St. Mary's College Mentoring Program, also known as SMCMP. The program, which is exclusively for the Juniors and Seniors at St. Mary's, allows you to connect with young alumni at Colleges all over the country who have agreed to give you what ever guidance and support that they can throughout your college application process. You might remember SMCMP's first event, October's "College Application Day". Login to the Home Logic site or visit the Guidance Office to find out more about the program and its events, connect with young alumni, or to organize a college visit.

All those registered for Global Writing should report to Immaculata room 106 every Wednesday after school.
